Vlatro, I think you should update the OP, many people are stuck on the idea that this is a real title track, not a forced, unmaxable title that has now been stated.

Honestly people, read more then the OP.

I realize it isn't a real title track, but I still want it anyway.

/unsigned. I'd go for that title because it's amusing... Purposefully be a douche bag on that day just so I can screenshot it.

What would be fun would be naming the title "Don't trust me" (or something like that) and disable all others titles and emotes for a certain period of time, and "lock" the guy so that he can't group even with H/H.

That would make them think a bit IMHO.

Good advice, I'll add more detail to the original post. Still, I can't force people to actually read.

Let them be harassed and ridiculed by their fellow players until they leave the game or adopt a more acceptable behavior.

This title would be 1 tier, not count as a max title, and would be removed one week after the date of offense. During that week, their emotes would be locked and the option to change titles would be removed. This title could also come with an effect added to annoy the offender. For instance, while under the effect they move 50% slower in towns and outposts, and merchants, the priest of Balthazar, skill trainers, Xunali agents etc. won't deal with them.

The below picture is an exaggeration, not to be taken literally.

WHY ???

The should be give a 1 minute title...
BANNED FOR LIFE

And than be kicked out off the game

The nice part of the current reporting system is that the penalty is a minor annoyance that (1) is a pretty effective deterrent to bad behavior and (2) is not worth the effort to actively persecute an innocent person.

However, your harsh penalty would simply remove #2. That is, it's relatively easy to form a group and purposefully "shame" someone with your penalty, and make it stick for a very long time, just out of vicious cruelty.

A very large /not signed for the ability to devastate another player's ability to play the game.

I don't agree with the whole not being able to trade or join groups thing, or any kind of physical penalty, as that would, as Jetdoc said, result in people being penalised because other people reckon it would be funny. I think the existence of just a title and banning of emotes, that only comes into effect when leaving or leeching, would be sufficient as a deterrent.
